Weight: 200. Shocked I didn't go up a few lbs after the Father's Day gorge fest Sunday. Strongest I've felt on CG's in a long time. Really surprised how easy (relatively) 210x5 was.

Weight: 201. Feeling good but I can pretty much guarantee that I won't be getting the top sets x 5 on Monday which is what the progression calls for. Every set of 3 was pretty damned hard.

Weight: 201. I hate it when I'm right. Couldn't get 5 on any top sets. Barely got 4 on CG's and Pendlay's. Stupid gym schedule this week. Found out today they are closed on Friday and open on the 4th of July. WTF? It will be a 2 day week for me. I'll skip the light day on Wednesday and do the medium day on Thursday.

Weight: 203! Holy wedding reception Batman! My niece got married Saturday so I had 4 days off in a row which meant that not only was I eating way more than usual but I also wasn't burning off the calories I normally do at work...I reset the weight on CG's and rows. Really stalled on these.

I'm going to try something different for a month or so based on Dan John's '1 lift a day' program: https://www.t-nation.com/workouts/on...-a-day-program. I'm going to do squats, CG BP, TB DL and Pendlay rows. The best part is the 4th week is off. I'm about due for a break.
