EZ curl: 70x5; 85x5; 100x5; 110x4. Finally got 4 reps! I think it was the extra rest between the 3rd and 4th set. BS'ing with a friend probably gave me closer to 5 minutes rest instead of my normal 2-3 minutes. Kind of pathetic that I'm so happy about this but this is what my lifting has become.
