Weight: 206. I was on my last set of curls when a report came over the radio at the gym that Tony Gwynn had passed way. Even though I knew Tony had been sick for quite awhile I didn't realize it was at the terminal stage. Hearing the news was like getting punched in the gut. I've been in SD for 35 years and I watched Tony all through his college & pro career. RIP Tony.

Weight: 206. My gym replaced the digital scale that was there forever with a scale that looks like it came from a garage sale. Kind of looks like this except it looks like it is 50 years old:



Bottom line, I don't know if I lost weight or if this scale is calibrated differently from the old digital scale. Either way, I need to see this number dropping.

Weight: 205. It was a struggle to even get to the gym today. Ran my ass off at work last night. Didn't get to bed until 3 AM, was up at 7:45 and left for the gym at 9. Considering that I was running on fumes it was a pretty good workout.
