Ab stuff

Weight: 204. I'm probably not going to squat or do rows until August to give my back time to heal. My gym is close Wed so my next workout will either be Thur or Fri.

My back is pretty much 100%. I'm still not breathing great due to what is left from my cold (or whatever the hell it was). I'll try doing some safety bar squats Wed and see how it goes.

Felt great last Friday. Woke up Saturday feeling like crap. Been really sick all week. No appetite, hacking up crap, runny nose, fever, body aches. About as bad as I've ever felt. Finally felt decent today so I thought I'd get out out of the house and at least try to move a barbell. Still feeling weak and a little dizzy so I didn't push it. I wanted to get down to 200 by Sept. but not like this.

Weight: 204. Whatever the hell sickness I had started kicking my ass again so I missed another week. Finally feeling better so I figured I'd make an appearance at the gym. Definitely lost some strength which sucks but I'll just have to start a little lower and try to build it back up.

Weight: ???. It was one of those days at the gym. The batteries on the digital scale must have been low. Tap it to go to 0.0...fine, step on it...nothing. The I take my towel out of my gym bag and my pencil (which must have been on top of the towel) goes flying behind the stereo cabinet that my gym bag in on. The cabinet is about 2" from the wall so I'm trying to wedge my hand down far enough to get my pencil when I notice an army of ants crawling along the wall that my gym bag is against. I get my pencil out and my hand is covered in dust since nobody has moved that cabinet in 30 years. At least I moved my gym bag before the ants overwhelmed it. Once I got started lifting it was actually a pretty good day.
