I want to:
Squat 220kg, Deadlift 245kg, Bench Press 130kg (1300+ total)
Podium at Regionals, qualify for Nationals and give it my all on stage
Get more involved in the coaching aspect of PL

Given the lolfest that last year's goals were, this should be a little more realistic, especially given I plan to DF2ard for 2015 and my goals are mostly aesthetic anyway:

1. 405 DL (hopefully by 2Q, but lol MASTS and MAIDS and all that)
2. BW press (so 185-190, in all likelihood)
3. 300 Bench
4. 5x5x250 volume squats

1. lose around 6-10lbs of fat, gain 6-10lbs of muscle(SHREDDED)
2. continue my lifelong "no injury in the weight-room" streak
3. no long-term football injury pleaaaaase
4. would be really happy with 300 bench/400 squat/470 DL

1. 1000 lb total. Probably something like 340 sq / 250 bp / 410 dl.
2. Attempt first ever cut. End goal will be subjective based on aesthetics but aiming for roughly 175 lb, 13% body fat at some point. Take a bunch of pics then just get fat.
3. Improve mobility and stay injury free.
4. 155 lb snatch, 225 lb c&j. Sorta stretch goals since I haven't done much oly; current bests are 115 snatch / 185 c&j.

1. Lose 13-15lb by May 2015
2. Work on core till I can easily do unstable surface core exercises with full ROM
3. Work on mobility
4. Start bulking after '1.' is achieved
5. Work toward getting the green light for DLs
6. Squat 250+ by December 2015
7. Expand gym to include more DBs, one cable pulling station and a working cardio machine

Squat 325 lbs (235 current)
Deadlift 375 (255)
Bench 225 (170)
Gain 15 lbs of lean mass and get to 172

Run a 2:08 800m (2:25)
Run a 4:30 mile (5:30)
Run a <12.5 second 100m (?)

Main goal is to not take more than 3 consecutive days off all year. Just started steadily working out 2 months ago again after a huge layoff and I have a roller coaster work ethic, so that's definitely the most lofty goal. Been going well so far.

2015 just want to improve 1RMs.

Squat: 365 (currently 340)
Bench: 315 (currently 305 tng, need this to be paused for comp)
Deadlift 455 (currently 430)
Maintain those lifts after cutting bw back to high 160s (currently 174)
Decide if I will post in kgs

Ambitious goals and will probably fail all of them. Just want my 1130 total at 165 competition bw so I can have Class 1 PL classification and then feel worse when I don't compete.

Last year was a disaster, but I do like the idea I had of setting both basic goals and then reach goals. So here goes.

Basic goals:
1. Re-settle my bodyweight in the 180s.
2. Compete in strongman.
3. OHP 225.

Reach goals:
1. Squat 450.
2. Deadlift 500.

Maybe compete in powerlifting too and not totally abandon that sport, but I'm really not sure what my desires are yet in terms of strongman/powerlifting.
