Haven't lifted anything heavy in a few months but conditioning, mobility, and fatness have all been improving. I should end the year at around ~215, much bigger and leaner than the ~218 I was at the beginning of the year. I'll keep my goals at 545/335/675 for now but I'd honestly like a little more if I can get my glute/hamstring healthy.

Start climbing regularly

Some conservative strength goals:
5RM 120/95/140kg

Maybe optimistic strength goals:
5RM 130/102.5/160kg
Not really sure how appropriate these goals but just some numbers that I think would be nice to hit, mostly concerned with the first two goals.

Also, at some stage this year cut for 2+ months (maybe start in april or may if I go to vegas)
My strength training has been intermittent because travel etc unfortunately. I did put in a solid stretch in july/august and squatted 5x270lb (122.5kg) and bench 5x205lb (93kg), didn't do much deadlifting so I think max was 5x275lb (125kg). Current lifts are much weaker than that but I'm happy with where I'm at.

I want to:
Get home gym established with basic equipment
Getstrength a better find, but still own some gear and will slowly expand.

Avoid serious injury and get back to lifting

Squat 200kg, Deadlift 220kg, Bench 120kg

Bzzttt. Can't win em all. Might try and clean 100kg before the end of the year, but lol who cares about oly.

Very solid year topped off with hitting the last milestone close to the death. Hopefully 2015 is as productive.

2014 went differently than anticipated and I ended up spending more of the year working on oly stuff than PL. Overall I had some good gains, but not as much as I had hoped.

Some current numbers of where I stand right now:

Back squat: 405x1, 340x5
Front squat: 325x1, 295x3
DL: 505x1
Bench: 195x5
OHP: 135x5
C&J: 215
Snatch: 155
Clean: 265

I had a shoulder issue earlier in the year which killed my benching/shoulder progress. Still working on it and I think I'm turning the corner on it, finally.

Preliminary goals for 2015 (I'll repost this in the 2015 thread when it's made):

HBBS 405x2
FS 315x3
C&J 250
Snatch 185
Clean 315

Pretty lofty goals which were all failed.

Goals: (Start) Goal End
Snatch: (107) 120 115 Really not even mad. Had a nice pull at 121 in a competition too.

C&J: (143) 164 143
WTF C&J. I think I hit the 143 on Dec 20th 2013 and have only hit it a couple times since then due to wrist and shoulder issues. I did clean 147 on June 15th and jerked 152 off the rack on April 4th this year.


Squat: (193) 215 202 +9kg in a year? lol

>300 Sinclair total- Nope, got close with 296.25 though, up from 273, so not too shabby.

Qualify for and compete in the American Open- Nope and they are changing how the entry works, so this is not likely.
