No I don't, I just talk about it a lot. Bromances are beautiful things bro.

Wednesday 1 August 2012
squat (high-bar)
5x20
5x60
5x100
5x120
5x130
press
5x20
5x45
5x52.5
5x60
deadlift
5x60
5x100
5x120
5x140 (mixed)

Picked up another shoulder injury (left this time) at rugby on Saturday. Trained through the pain 'cause I'm hard as f*ck and an idiot. No great lifts there, but happy to get some work done.

Re: 00Snitch, meet Jim Wendler (5/3/1 log)
Friday 3 August 2012
frontsquat
5x20
5x60
5x75
5x85
5x95 (belt)
bench
5x20
5x65
5x75
5x85
Was all easy. Hardly raised a sweat. Shoulder not very good. Kinda happy I guess that even with a **** shoulder I can bench 5x85kg ezgame.
I often wonder if there is any point in doing really easy stuff (deload weeks and wot not). Why not just do nothing? I guess I might get some rehab benefit here in that my shoulder is pwnt, but usually I don't know if it does anything.

Re: 00Snitch, meet Jim Wendler (5/3/1 log)
The few times I've done a deload vs doing nothing, the deload has seemed to help in strength not falling off a cliff. I at least like how it maintains motor patterns, which tend to get a bit rusty after a layoff for me at least. Though that seems to not be as big of a problem anymore.

Yeah, I'd like to think I've squatted enough in my life now that I'm not going to forget how to if I take a week off.

Re: 00Snitch, meet Jim Wendler (5/3/1 log)
Monday 6 August 2012
squat
3x20
3x60
3x110
3x125 (belt)
1x140 (belt)
2x140 (belt)
bench
3x20
3x60
3x72.5
3x82.5
8x92.5
Weirdly my shoulder is way more of a hinderence to squatting than benching. It's really hard to get my upper back tight. Just couldn't hold the bar in place when it got heavy.

Are you 80s big yet? Is there a reason you skip the dls?
