I like the "3" weeks the most I think. I like ramping up with triples. I'm still nice and fresh for the top set and the top set isn't so soul crushingly heavy that I want to cry when I unrack it.
Also 10xBW bench. That's gotta be some kind of (wr!)
WR for semi-weak guys? Either way, congrats - certainly a milestone imo. The bros will probably think of you as alpha when you bench two plates for 10 and db curl 25s for 10.
I do that. I follow a vanilla-ish 5/3/1 3 days/week template. I keep seeing posts about how 4 days a week is better but not really sure it is.
ftr, 4-days/week is my favourite (but for no good reason other than going to the gym 4-days/week is fun... also it's probably the best way to do lots of accessory work). I'll be going back to that in the off-season imo.

I failed my 2nd and 3rd powerclean attempts... but then decided to stop being sh*t and did 3 more. Also did a powerjerkpress on the last rep of my power cleans for kicks. Was easy. bodyweight clean n powerjerkpress next week imo. Just in time for the Olympics. I might sneak into the top 10 of the women's 48kg clean n jerk this time (form issues not withstanding).
