Nice to see that you get inspiration from my posts though! And that cartoon is serially hilarious.

Re: 00Snitch, meet Jim Wendler (5/3/1 log)
Also, that's two cycles of 5/3/1 done.
Using Wendler's formula, my 1rm estimates from the two "1" weeks are:
squat: 154.1kg --> 151.6kg
bench: 107.6kg --> 107.9kg
press: 66.0kg --> 70.9kg
deadlift: 180.8kg --> 181.3kg
frontsquat: 110.5kg --> 105.0kg
5/3/1 sucks for squats.

you ****ers just don't know how to roll hard.
frankly, if you do it right, you shouldn't be able to squat more than once a week.

I'll agree that a good heavy squat sesh takes a week to recover from, but you can still put in solid work in a fatigued state and drive progress from squatting 2-3 times a week.
You also have pretty impeccable form at this point. Even your max effort squats look money. I struggle to maintain consistent form with anything over 80% of my 1rm, so it's pretty clear why I (or anyone with similar issues) might not get as much out of a single squat session per week as you do.

Well, strained a groin at rugby today... Can't get anywhere near a full squat at the moment, so... might be a squat deload week this week.
