So... How is JBJ gonna **** up this time?

DJ's Seattle PPV event in August has been cancelled, the Edmonton event in September is now UFC 215 instead

Looks like the reason the Conor Floyd fight is at 154 is because at 147 they would be using 8oz gloves. 154 is 10oz gloves.
06-27-2017 , 12:49 PM
I saw that as well. Makes sense. Bigger gloves are a bigger advantage than a drained Conor. I feel like Conor was fine with it as well. I'm sure 147 would be a miserable cut since he added some muscle moving up.

From Jan. 8th bros:

This whole thing is completely paint-by-numbers

yes, they can make up any rules they want, and conor already said floyd can pick the rules/stipulations and he will just show up

Basically yeah, ever since this fight was proposed it was super obvious how it would go. Floyd is going to get every concession he wants and CM/UFC are going to get a dumptruck of cash for 45 minutes (or less) work.

Lawler-Cerrone is postponed :/.

Yeh this card was too good to be true. Still good, but god damnit.

feels like it's been quite a while since a good fight got called off due to injury

Talk is apparently an effort to get Robbie AND cowboy on 214. That would be nuts

as if adding a 3rd title fight to the card wasn't enough lol

JBJ vs. Cormier
Cyborg vs. Evinger
Woodley vs. Maia
Cerrone vs Lawler
Sterling vs Barao

would be nuts
06-28-2017 , 09:57 PM
Barao isn't allowed to fight Sterling at 135 due to California's new cutting laws and his previous issues. Fight will be at a 140 CW.

Robbie AND cowboy? wow. Robbie AND cowboy! omg. Robbie AND cowboy. holy gosh would be nuts
06-29-2017 , 06:18 AM
Currently only fight on 214 I'm excited for is JBJ vs Cormier, so Cerrone vs Lawler would be a great addition. Sterling vs Barao is also good, but not wow I need to buy that PPV good.

Cyborg can crushing and Woodley vs Maia is meh, although I'm happy Maia got his shot.
06-29-2017 , 08:20 AM
- Cerrone won't be ready for UFC 214
- Woodley-Maia on UFC 214
- GSP to fight the winner of Woodley-Maia
- Ngannou - Dos Santos on UFC 215

Good job bro, keep throwing those uppercut like bolo punches and dropping your right hand when you roll you ****ing yutz.

Floyd by TKO seeming smarter by the minute.
06-29-2017 , 08:34 PM
I still can't believe they're doing it. Also RT, those just seem like him working power shots, although he was kinda doing that **** against that other pro boxer. Floyd by TKO seems decent anyway, though.
06-29-2017 , 09:43 PM
Yeah, looks like the second part (after the UC bag) is an attempt at body work. Can't see throwing long, looping rear hand uppercuts at Floyd being a good idea considering Floyd's ability to dodge even tight, well thrown uppercuts:

06-29-2017 , 10:27 PM
ya its like oil and water, no matter what you throw floyd seems to dodge it. those slow ass powershots will never hit him.
