Went out boarding this past Sunday and the outside of my lead foot was pretty swollen and would experience mild pain when walking on it. It's been fairly painful my last few times out riding but I always chalk it up to, "well that's snowboarding." Starting to think that it's excessive.
My boots are pretty old, 2008 Burton Freestyles. Ride a 2009 Horrorscope, maxed out stance width (couldn't tell you what it is in cm), -12/+12, Union Contact Pros. I've always ratcheted my bindings to the max, but reading up about foot pain I've seen suggestions to back off binding tightness, that you can achieve maximum responsiveness without going as far as you can.
Planning on messing with the straps and maybe my stance width before I consider looking into new boots. Don't wanna spend a whole day riding trying to figure out the foot pain issue, though
Any suggestions?
