In all seriousness, though, depending on how you wear the watch you could probably just go to any rando, battery changes are pretty easy and don't require any particular skill.
What you might want to use a particular person for is pressure testing. If you do any diving or you're in the water a lot, having the watch pressure tested after being opened is highly advisable. This isn't a highly complicated procedure but it does require specific equipment that the guy in the mall probably doesn't have.
For most purposes, though, just making sure the gasket is properly lubricated before the watch is closed back up should be more than sufficient. Any decent jeweler should be able to properly do this in like 4 minutes.
