I actually did some research on that movement because there's some nice looking Tissot/Certina's initial results don't seem too good though. They replaced a bunch of parts with plastic and it seems to be dying around the 2-3 year mark for people with some frequency.
The Hamilton H21 or H31's seem solid and come in a bit cheaper than 7750's but still around $900 and are basically just modified 7750 series movements anyways.
That's what's so cool about the ST19 movement, it's simple but it's a tank. Basically the difference is you don't get hacking, only 21k frequency (7750 can do both 21k and 28k) and you don't get an hour sub-dial. It's insane value at it's price point for $350 if you get guaranteed QC.
