Hublot debuts new case that allows users to "try on" their watches

Good idea horribly executed imo

Yes. No chronograph, which honestly, I never use on my Navi anyways. Steelfish is a clean look.

That'd be a good idea.

They covered this in a thread on Watchuseek. The consensus seemed to be that a watch is too big if there is "lug overhang" i.e. part of the watch sticks out from the side of your wrist.

Or alternatively, if the strap goes straight down from the lug instead of bending around your wrist.

I don't follow what you mean, was there examples in the thread?

if the lugtip-to-lugtip dimension of the watch is bigger than the diameter of your wrist, it's too big.

I mean, that's just like, their opinion, man. But that's what they're saying.

The watch is great, I especially like the crown guards. I'm not a fan of straps with rivets, it would have to go.

I have used www.alanfurman.com a few times and found their prices among the best. They are an actual storefront as well so this may be a good measuring stick to get a price quote.

Cant give u a good answer, but I'm pretty sure its not even a watch.
Much more likely it's a nuclear powered win-generator made in the shape of a watch for concealaments

Heh, you're probably right. 6.5" here and loving my super avenger (48.4mm). I'm sure some find it silly, but to me the super avenger doesn't even look big. My other watches look tiny.

i don't like the TT stuff. here's an iphone wrist shot. almost 44mm but doesn't wear too big (big bezel). not as thick as i expected either at 17.1mm. wears like the skyracer i had.

I sold the Sea Devil. It was just too big and heavy for me. I already miss it but I know I was not going to wear it very much.

It's going to a good home, a guy in Guam who actually dives bought it. This watch is an incredible value in the $500 range but ultimately it just wasn't the right piece for me. The next Benarus project looks more suited to my taste, though.
