i'm really rough/abusive with my stuff, and i misplace my things a lot, and dont treat my stuff with the utmost care. If u read my post i said that my warranty had already expired and the company was still willing to give me a 1time courtesy exchange. I didnt expect this at all...
i really do like monster products... the only thing i'd say is that the markup is too big and theyre usually pretty expensive. but if u buy headphones off their site, they give u monster bucks which seems like a really good deal
and fwiw i dont think just cuz u buy quality its gonna work 100% of the time. i've had bose headphones and monster headphones and they've both screwed up
