Yeah, I agree with that, though I could definitely see Aldo wanting to take the currently scheduled fight no matter what for the financial reasons. I guess he'd have to weigh that against the bigger chance of losing the belt and the financial hit that would mean.

To win the championship you need to beat a champion ready to fight not one with a broken rib, that is part of being a champion. This would not be a legitimate championship bout if we went ahead with it, the UFC is committed to its fans and only putting on great fights.
