Beating GGG at this point in his career seems like it'd be more impressive than anything Mayweather has done. Is that at all accurate, and how much better does Canelo do fighting Mayweather now compared to when he was 23?

If he beat Golovkin convincingly I'd buy it as more impressive than any single win in Mayweather's resume. As for how much better - I presume you're talking about him fighting the same Mayweather? I'd favour him over him today's Mayweather but it wouldn't shock me if Mayweather won a clear UD. As for how he fares today against a 2013 Mayweather - hard to say. I haven't watched last night's fight, and don't intend to. His previous two fights were against B level opponents. So I'm not sure.

In an absolute shocker Bisping says that his knee isn't healing right and that he will in fact wait until October or later to fight GSP instead of fighting Romero in July like he said he was going to.

I mean the division makes sense, tons of women are caught between 135 & 115. But not happy about the fact WME is moving towards making WMMA such a big part of cards. Occasionally they have good fights but for the most part it's still pretty terrible.

I feel like Claudia Gadelha will be champ of that division. She's super skilled, but seems way too big for 115 and the weight cut kills her cardio big time. Probably favored over JJ at 125, as she won the the first 2 rounds of both fights but lost because she faded.

It's about time they got a women's flyweight division. I like watching the girls fight. Obviously they're not as skilled as the guys yet, and occasionally you get a dud, but their lack of skill sometimes makes things more interesting and exciting to watch. Kinda like getting a flashback to early UFC days.

If my experience at the bar is any indication, I'd say it's 90% hispanic, 9% black dudes, 1% lost white people.

How much of those 1million PPV buys do you think came from Junior? GGG is like the Jose Aldo of boxing, but I gotta assume Canelo/GGG hits an even higher number than Canelo/Junior.

Winning the fight obviously means considerably more to Canelo than GGG, so if Gennady wins does he get some of Canelo's shine and start pulling in higher PPV numbers? I've heard this kind of thing is what helped get Floyd and Manny into the super-star realm when they beat Oscar.
