Could obviously happen, but Jones isn't really known for ko power and Cormier takes shots from heavyweights. I think it's more likely we see Jones land a weird oblique kick or something that takes out dcs knee.

I think it could end with Jones getting a dq loss from an eyepoke. The ref needs to let Jones know that it will not be tolerated at all.

i mean, if francisco's loss doesn't get changed to no contest/DQ, then they are basically saying that eye pokes are totally cool in the ufc, as long as you pretend like it's accidental

He's been doing it his entire title reign, what makes you think refs will care now? Even Big John said something like " there's no rule aginst putting your hands in someones face, so unless people are actually getting poked in the eye there is nothing I can do about it. "

Hopefully Cormier just constantly fakes being poked in the eye throughout the fight everytime Jones puts his hand in Cormiers face. Honestly it's what I would do.
