Cesar Gracie said they inquired about getting it cleared through the commission. He said they were told by the commission not to do it and there would be big problems if they did.

Ben makes some good points in his article of course, but the one sticking point some dorks cant figure out is the age thing. I use the word "dork" because Fowlkes implies that because he is the same age as Rampage and not a alpha athlete, how can he have higher testosterone. Its simple Ben, you haven't stuff like this happening to you over the last several years.

Yeah, he glossed over that a bit to make his point. Without know the details of Rampage's levels, it's hard to tell whether his use in particular was egregious or entirely reasonable. His broader point is solid, but I don't think he did his argument any favors with that particular comparison.
