he could, but he has little experience in cutting weight. I doubt he's ever cut more than 10 pounds.
But size clearly isn't his issue, I don't see how dropping a weight class would help him at all.

I hate to say it but I don't really want to see many more Shogun fights. He's always been one of my favourites but his footwork is non-existant and he gasses waaay too early and ends up taking so much damage that old Shogun would easily avoid. Pity he had to ruin his knees, I imagine it affects his training too and that's why he has cardio issues.
I think Anderson would destroy 2012 Shogun be it 205 or 185 or anything in between but it would be kind of a cool super fight for people to see I guess.

Hung out with Bader and CB Dollaway last night in Beverly Hills. They were actually surprisingly cool for how tooly they seem to be on tv. Really fun guys and they were really drunk haha. Said it was an honor to fight Machida and he was obviously very hard to train for.
