Oh wow. So yea a ex M1 investor just leaked this on the UG. Its legit, and is from almost 5 years ago. People are freaking out implying this is what the UFC offered Fedor...I am reading it as this is what M1 came to terms with Fedor. section 7 covers pay and mind you this is from 5 years ago.

5.1 - M-1 retains merchandising rights for THREE YEARS after the contract ends... if it ever does (see 1.2 and 1.3).
5.3 - Fighter only gets 10% of net receipts of product sales during the time of the contract
