Oh wow. So yea a ex M1 investor just leaked this on the UG. Its legit, and is from almost 5 years ago. People are freaking out implying this is what the UFC offered Fedor...I am reading it as this is what M1 came to terms with Fedor. section 7 covers pay and mind you this is from 5 years ago.

Cornell Law Student here: On first read, this contract seems VERY unfair to the fighter.
1.2 - Extensions - M-1 can extend the contract UNILATERALLY whenever they want if they give notice before 90 days prior to the end of the contract.
1.3 - Automatic Extensions - M-1 automatically extends the contract if the fighter is unwilling or unable to fight under ANY circumstances or for ANY reason.
2.4 - Opponents - M-1 can MAKE the fighter fight anyone they want, because the fighter can only reject the first proposed fight. After that, they HAVE to accept the second proposed fight.
2.6 - Binding Exclusivity Clause
3.3 - M-1 has sole discretion over sponsors and fight wear. See also 3.3.3 - No 3rd party sponsors
4.1 - UNLIMITED, UNRESTRICTED, worldwide merchandising rights. See also 4.2, where M-1 keeps all of the profits.
5.1 - M-1 retains merchandising rights for THREE YEARS after the contract ends... if it ever does (see 1.2 and 1.3).
5.3 - Fighter only gets 10% of net receipts of product sales during the time of the contract

I can't tell what I'm watching because it's on a TV on the other side of the bar but someone just barely made it out of the first round. Another 10 seconds and it might have been a KO.

Looks like Munoz already saw the losing end of a 10-8 round with a barber.

Wow, Weidman looking really good. He would put up a much better fight than Fael Sonnen.
