Another cool little chicken joint in Decatur is
Las Brasas. It's basically takeout only, but it is really good Peruvian rotisserie chicken.
Other places I go alot:
For a quick bite,
7Hens on Clairemont and Decatur. Awesome chicken schnitzel sandwiches. Trust me, try it. I think they might still be on Scoutmob and you can also buy $20 certificates for $10 on loafdeals.
Fox Bros- already been mentioned a few times itt.
Arepa Mia- located in the Sweet Auburn Market. Really good Arepas. I usually get the one with chicken and add a fried egg. Yum.
Lotta Fruitta- cool little smoothie/fruit/juice place with alot of South American fruit you otherwise don't really see in Atlanta.
Fine Dining: Rathbun's or Rathbun's Steak, Atlanta Fish Market.
Oh, and I don't remember seeing anyone post about the
Beltline, but the finished section that starts at Piedmont Park at Monroe Dr. is great. I ride my bike there all the time- they have a great wide path for walking/biking/skating/etc., a dog park, cool art along the path, a skate park, and plenty of space. At the other end of the Eastside trail is Bell Street Burrito, which is very good as well.
