The Califone show was awesome. I had no idea but they weren't doing a typical "concert"

They wrote music to go with a silent film called Go West http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0015863/

It was really interesting, that's for sure. They jammed the **** out hard a few times, too which I was really glad for. They're playing again tonight in Brooklyn and just doing a regular show which I would've loved to see cuz Tim told me they're doing a lot of their older music.

Oh yeah, met Tim Rutilli(lead singer, backup vocals for Ugly Casanova) after the show.

Has anyone heard of Bored Man Overboard?

He might be the most blatant rip-off of The National I've ever heard. On one hand, I like it because I like The National, but on the other hand it sucks because it's not The National, just a seemingly pale imitation.
