It was during my very nasty 100k BE stretch at the back of 2009. I had before that been pretty good at just making idle conversation with the fish and chatting occasionally with random regs to pass the time. Then when i started to run like ass i found myself constantly berating the fish for the stupid things they were doing and i found once i started unleashing tirades of chat abuse that it caused me to really get worked up and dump money off in other places.
I decided that i would self ban my chat for a short time to see if it had an effect on my mental approach and i found that it really makes me play better when i cant berate people for their stupidity so im forced to just move on and continue to play my A game as best i can.
If anyone is struggling with any kind of tilt i would really recommend self banning yourself. Its not like you cant just email them and ask for chat to be restored
If you have time to chat, you're not playing enough tables IMO
el nino--what table selection software do you use? tanblescan? hem's software?
I really dont use any although someone recently introduced me to Tablescan Turbo which i might use twice a week. I have a pretty detailed color coded lobby so can normally find good tables through that
can you copy and paste or import a list into tablescan? i can only seem to add players one at a time.
Ive never imported a list into TS i just quickly set the thing to go and let it spew out the info it does. Im a computer noob at the best of times but even more so with stuff i dont really know how to get the full potential out of

Btw wth are you still doing at what is left of the PL tables? Do you think they're still more profitable than NL. They sure were the juiciest games before 2010, but I don't see it anymore.
You'll also be happy to hear that I'll be moving my business to stars for the most part cuz of the deep ante tables. It's like 2004 all over again AMIRITE GAIZ!
