Villain takes weird line. Fold seems obv but should I consider a raise here?

Poker Stars $0.08/$0.16 No Limit Hold'em - 4 players
DeucesCracked Poker Videos Hand History Converter

CO: $47.85
Hero (BTN): $38.83
SB: $16.85
BB: $6.40

Pre Flop: ($0.24) Hero is BTN with 9 T
CO raises to $0.48, Hero calls $0.48, 1 fold, BB calls $0.32

Flop: ($1.52) A T 4 (3 players)
BB checks, CO bets $0.64, Hero raises to $1.76, BB folds, CO calls $1.12

Turn: ($5.04) 7 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $3.20, CO calls $3.20

River: ($11.44) 5 (2 players)
CO bets $3.68

I should clarify here that I knew there was a pretty good chance that villain had an A otf, but I decided to raise anyway because of my equity. There's a chance that he folds a weak A otf, and if he has a good A, it's unlikely that he can raise me back, so by raising I get more money in the pot for when I make my flush. Also, we were very deep (like >200bb i think) so I decided that I could withstand a re-raise. That is also the reason that I bet the turn, because I was willing to call a c/r. But when villain donks the river for like 1/3 pot, it seems like an obv thin value bet with like AQ type hands. Question is, any chance I can make him fold with a raise here? Cause I've been repping strength the whole time.

It looks like a blocking bet, and it looks like this villain does not want to get raised. Still, he called your flop raise and turn bet, so I really don't think he's going to fold now, unless he's on a busted draw also (KQs, QJs). I would call with the pot odds you're getting and hope he has a busted draw. Either way though you're getting information by calling and you can definitely use this to your advantage on future hands against this player.

Can the villain fold? Any reads?

I like quite a big raise here. I think he best more with a value hand so his hand looks a lot like AJ or something like that.

If u think he can fold tp then it is a good spot to raise. otherwise call here. We dont need to be good that often, couple ofmdraws hemcould have if he is fishy enough, plus we have the chance to get some reads. Folding only if u think he is never betting with worse and never folding with better.
