All I can say is villian was... roughly 35/15
This an obvious raise?

Ummmm... What are you doing preflop? No matter how the table has played so far, that should be an open fold.

Once you misguidedly call the preflop raise, that's probably one of the best possible flops to bet after getting checked to.

1) You have shown tremendous strength by raising from early position and then calling a 3bet from a blind.
2) Even a 35/15 understands that early raise + call means a big hand. For him, your hand looks like a big pair or loosely played big Ax (JJ+/AQs/AK). Use that.
3) Villain's hand looks like AK/AQ/AA/QQ - KK would not let that flop check through no matter what. You get to fold out the big aces before they improve or gain draws and can reliably shut down otherwise.

Fold turn, you have bottom pair and a bad flush draw on a paired board.

As played, cringe and just call river. The only hands you beat are badly played AA and AK that doesn't believe the river helped you at all; maybe AcQx because it eliminates the possibility of you having nut flush. You don't have a boat because you didn't raise the small turn bet. If you raise, the only worse hand that can call is AK, and even that is rather unlikely. (Okay, perhaps a horribly played AA too.) A raise here is effectively personal one-way trip to valuetown. You would represent a boat or better but your play doesn't give much credit for that either.

For what it's worth, that play looks like villain had QQ. PSB on river is a bet to regain lost value at least 80% of the time, especially as there is no pot button on Stars. Villain certainly thinks he has the best hand here.
