I have one question.. At the end you talked about river calling and used the PT filter to show the losses from it. It showed something like -2.6 bb/100 per hand when there was a river call, but doesn't that still make those calls +EV since there would have been more than 2.6 bb invested in the pot at that point on average? If he folded all of those instead it might have been -10 bb/100 or whatever.

You could be right, I'm not really sure about this.
