I bet all three streets large.
First and foremost if ever in doubt with a huge hand value town unless you have a very convincing reason not to.

Most draws are tx pair + SD hands that will call our bets yet not bluff very often. Everything else is a a wide range of crappy hands to value town our 2nl unknown villain with. Many of these will not bet the turn! Even more won't bet the river!

So ye on the turn
Bet > C/R > C/C

I lead OTT, i think villain continues with a huge amount of his range from OTF. Then leading OTR is fine.

Yeah bet turn. I would also c/r when he bets, since you need to build the pot and we are OOP so its going to be harder to extract value on the river.

ok makes sense so giving him a free card to try and make a hand(or better one) is a bad idea since where out of position cuz he wont raise or bet when he misses right?

Pretty much. That board is very wet, his call on the flop tells you he hit and micro player's biggest leak is calling too much so just go ahead and bet every street.

It will be very hard to get stacks in once we give him the free card even if in the rare scenarios were he has a hand that:
*Calls the flop
*Folds the turn
*Improves on the river
We pretty much need him to 3bet the river, there aren't many hands willing to do that, we pretty much need him to bink a fullhouse on the river.

Meanwhile our turn bet gets can potentially get called by Tx, any pair, trips, flush draws etc, we can get another bet out of him on the river without needing to check raise him, and if he does bink a monster he can comfortably shove over our river bet.

Bet turn. Check calling looks too strong. just bet all streets to try to get the most value possible.
