Folding the river here seems really bad if i'm gonna call on the flop. So two questions as played should I call river? What should be my plan when i'm 4bet pre from UTG? I have eq to call if AK is in his range but i feel I need to commit to stack if i'm gonna call it.

Pfff. It all depends on villain if we call the river. It's hard to get dealt AA/KK. What werre his stats? He could just be making a really ambitious play with AK however UTG is not the best place to be doing it. Do you have any stats on villain?

I probably play it the same and call river if I had seen anything remotely like he is capable of barreling A high...

Villain was 20/17 with pfr from Ep of 7% 75 hands and 4b 20% 5 hands.

u answered yourself. EP of 7% is a flat pre. Not a 3bet.. so you wouldnt even be 4betted. This post is pointless.
FLat pre next time

Flat pre and play some poker, by flatting you lose less vs his value range and can back-raise a squeezer from the blinds.

By 3-betting QQ here you don't get called by worse a ton of the time, most of the time it will be vs setmines. Vs such a tight open range it's better to 3-bet SCs/A2s-A4s + AK+ KK+.
