I lost $20 playing 10nl, I shoved over a 3 bet and a 4 bet. How should I have played them? I didnt have any reads, I listen to podcasts while playing.

I have noticed that listening one podcast does not do the thing. Usually i fire up 2 podcasts at the same. Maybe this helps, good luck.

2 podcasts seem like to much, how would I be able to listen to both? However, adding a silent movie is an option.

FYI, So far Ive been able to beat 2nl with 30bb/100 over 900 games, 4nl with 10bb/100 over 700 games, and I just started 10nl. All with podcasts and youtube lol. I have put in effort even though my OP wouldn't indicate it.

Well it has been said if you can surf the web and watch videos when you play, then you can handle more tables without the surfing and distraction. So my advice is fire up as many tables as you can handle.

The answer is... Sometimes, when you are ahead OFC, when you are behind, bad idea, how do you know? well you use a HUD too see villain behavior, otherwise you pay a lot attention to the table.
