I haven't posted anything publicly, no...but doing some thinking and tweaking on your own would probably be very beneficial (and you might end up changing things to a 4 color system instead =) )

And for FvS I might suggest:

80+
70-80
60-
What? Think for myself?

Seriously, thanks for starting this thread what is now years ago. I've recently got the bug again but this time I want to put in the time to do it right so I can become a more consistent winner.

I'm now ready to upgrade HEM from the default HUD thanks to this thread.

I'd actually use red for a high fold to steal stat since for me, red is tight and green is loose.

My thinking is that in general green means action on my part. High fold to steal means I would try to steal more. I guess it's a case of different strokes.

Hey guys.

Long time reader from afar. Just seeing if you guys have any more help on colour coding? ie. links, websites etc.

I found a couple in the past but my searches remain futile to this point.

Either way, cheers for this thread as it has given me a helping hand to get me started!

ill give my breakdowns...and hopefully ppl can critique where my breakdowns are and we can discuss where numbers should change (also, might make color coding uniform so some1 cud say "Villian is pinky" and everyone understands)

my colors:
Red = rock
Orange = pretty damn tight
Yellow = avg player
Green = "Go" player (plays fast)
Pink = Loosey Goosey

VPIP:
red : 0-11
orange : 11.01-16
yellow : 16.01-21
green : 21.01-26
pink : 26.01+

PFR:
red : 0-5.5
orange : 5.501-9.5
yellow : 9.501-14.5
green : 14.501-21
pink : 21.01+

TA: (total aggro factor)
red : 0-.75
orange : .76-1.6
yellow : 1.61-2.25
green : 2.26-3
pink : 3.01+

For Table Stats:

Table VPIP:
red : 0-15
orange : 15.01-25
green : 25.01+

Table PFR:
red : 0-4
orange : 4.01-9
green : 9.01+

all comments welcome. just plz give reasons why for everything. also, maybe this could become the thread for all stats to b contained in as to not clutter the rest of the forum with "do my stats look..." threads
Hello Suits,

i like your post from http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/78...9/index10.html

here Very help fully

But i have a question for your colouring the stats from 2007. Do You think too it is outdated nowadays? Nowadays i think the LAG play is the right one or?

LAG plays VIP 23-27% ? You agree?

Can you give new ranges for the nowadays Poker = It would be very helpfully for me. Thanks and how can Colouring with 2 colour only(Pokerstars allowed 2 Colours)

I use the Basic stats:

- VPIP
- PFR
- CBet IP(Flop, Turn, River)
- CBET OPP(Flop, Turn, River)
- 3Bet IP
- Fold 3Bet OOP
- Fold CBET IP(Flop, Turn, River)
- Fold CBET OOP(Flop, Turn, River)
- EP RFI, - MP RFI, CO STL, BTN STL; SB STL
- BB fold to Steal
- BB 3Bet vs SB, - vs BTN, - vs CO

Thanks

I think Stars is three colors...which is perfect imo. Stoplight...red, yellow, green.

Start throwing in the other colors of the rainbow and you REALLY aren't playing the opponent...you are playing his *PRESUMED stats.

PI....you OWE it to yourself to create your own set of range colors. The thought process of creating ranges will truly make you a better player...and help you use the HUD more effectively.

*Hand sample size being the most obvious leak when using a HUD. Good villains are likely to go off-road being another.
