Call both hands. You are both in position.
First villain's range is very wide if he has some very strong hand he could just call there's no need to raise in the flop. Because flop is safe and dry.
Second hand, I think you are in the lead. If he has AA or KK, he should raise in the preflop, because he is OOP and he just calls 0.5BB at first. It's possible that he has set but I think it's more likely a weak flush draw.

Hand 1: Jam. 3B should be bigger pre.
Hand 2: Given we're so short, jam or fold.
