raise the CO more, could maybe raise BTN less but you'd have to run filters to see if you're actually losing by opening >50% (which is possible but unlikely).
call less 3bets; fold to more of them.
you should probably work on your postflop game before 3betting >10% in the blinds, which puts you at an inherent disadvantage as you get flatted wider and end up OOP.
don't open limp, especially in the SB. much more profitable to just raise.
your cbet % is fine, but you don't bet the turn nearly enough. you should be betting much wider and thinner for value and with semi bluffs/strong draws on the turn. you seem like the type of guy who would go into c/c mode ott with a set or with AA because a draw gets there (generally this is gonna be wrong).
you fold to too many cbets. consider raising more cbets as a bluff and floating wider both for value and to take pots away when villain's stats look exactly like yours (high flop cbet/low turn cbet). you should also be looking to raise alot more value hands vs. the correct opponents - 8% means your only really raising the nutter butters, and even then not doing it all the time.
