One glaring one that stick out to me is that your 3-bet% is super low.

hey man, thabks for the reply

yeah i know. I havent been 3betting from the blinds against a raise from the button, because at this level most people dont fold. Alsp I tend to call too much IP against an early raise. I dont know if it is a leak, but I guess as I move up in limits,I will have to work on my 3 bet range. thanks again!

you should move up asap!
i personally use 20 buy-in rule, then if i lose 2-3 buy-ins, move back down

First two weeks of 10nl FR. Winning 1.15 BB/100 but at -3.96 BB/100 AI adjusted, so I'm a bit concerned. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think you lose too much from the BB due to playing too passively. In general you might want to increase your aggression, e.g., by finding additional spots to cbet on the flop, in particular in position against a single opponent.

Hi Guys,

I decided to give poker a serious shot and after about 27K hands I have ups and downs. I think it's due to bad bankroll management (I upped the stakes too quickly) and had some bad luck (I think).
I would appreciate if you could have a look into it and let me know what I can improve.
Thanks a lot!

Too nitty, 12/9 is very tight. You can add some hands. 55% cbet seems low when coupled with 12/9, you must be ahead more often than that, you can cbet even if you don't TPGK+ you know.

Hey everybody, first post here. Been playing online and live for 3 years now and just since the new year ive decided to take this game more seriously and check my ego at the door.
I finally invested in a HUD and bought PT4, in February I started lurking 2+2 and decided I would study for a month, and figure out how to beat this game. The original post on this thread helped me a lot. I used to just play MTTs now i've moved on to cash. These stats are from March 1st to 3rd.. my first stats i've ever taken. Would love some feedback, i'm off to a pretty good start (even though small sample size).

TL;DR decided to study for a month, and then apply all i've learned to ACTUALLY improving my game instead of being a 40/23/10 fish.

Here are the stats for March 1st-3rd at 5NL and 5NL zoom (2.6K hands Zoom, and 1.4K hands reg)

The spew at the end of the graph is from this hand that I think I played terribly

PokerStars - $0.05 NL FAST - Holdem - 9 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 189.4 BB
SB: 90 BB
Hero (BB): 627.8 BB
UTG: 100 BB
UTG+1: 245.2 BB
UTG+2: 95.8 BB
MP: 98.6 BB
MP+1: 118.6 BB
CO: 143.4 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, Hero posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has Q A

fold, UTG+1 raises to 3 BB, fold, fold, fold, fold, BTN calls 3 BB, SB raises to 13 BB, Hero calls 12 BB, fold, BTN calls 10 BB

Flop: (42 BB, 3 players) K T 6
SB bets 20 BB, Hero raises to 61 BB, BTN raises to 176.4 BB and is all-in, fold, Hero calls 115.4 BB

Turn: (414.8 BB, 2 players) A

River: (414.8 BB, 2 players) 5

Hero shows Q A (One Pair, Aces) (Pre 48%, Flop 33%, Turn 25%)
BTN shows 6 6 (Three of a Kind, Sixes) (Pre 52%, Flop 67%, Turn 75%)
BTN wins 397.6 BB

EDIT: I only had 3 hands on Villian he was 33/0/0 so no reads.

Keep it simple. Check out sircuddle's guide. No need to be 3-betting 8% at that level.

Hello guys. Need some feedback with my stats for my first 20K handss played at 2nl, multitabling 12 tables. My BR is around 80$. I want to move up to 5NL with 30 buy ins ($ 150):

Please give me your opinion! thanks!

I am a 14/12/3% 3bet tag on 25nl.. i feel like I have worked very hard on my game and did a lot of studying, I feel quite stuck at the moment

Will post my stats if someone can spot eventual things that are clearly out of the line

One thing I know is that I totally suck from EP! .. not sure how I get it so wrong and how to fix it. Also 3bet pots I think are killing me (called JJ for example against a aggressive 3bettor and KTx comes.. i donkbet out just to try and rep a Kx hand, but he just called and I "had to" checkfold turn etc..

Most of these hands are during masstabling, with average much table selection, so my blind defense isnt the best (90% fold sb, 85% fold bb), i tend to want around 80.

Anyways its all out there, if some stat geek could spot some stuff I'd be happy to answer questions

Tkx in forehand!

I do have a very tight cold calling strategy.. not sure should i be looking for more spots on CO/button to call with maybe some suited connectors against weak tight players?

I dont really set mine a lot against regs in "heads up spots".. i want some fish in the pot

7 times all in pre with aces if someone wonders, 13 times with KK (didnt face a lot of AA though)

Hey guys, I just started playing full ring (have been playing 6 max).

I played a few k hands, and I'm just wondering what the basic preflop standards are.

I'm running like 15/10 with a 5-6% 3bet. Opening 36% otb.

Thoughts?

Looks ok. Maybe try and close the gap between VPIP and PFR a bit. The 3betting depends a lot on the game; 6% might be ok, it might also be too high.

Hi,

I play 5NL FR at the moment really want to start plugging my leaks and fixing my game so thought I would post my Poker Tracker 3 5NL stats in here.

I am useless with trying to do this myself at the moment (other then tightening up), and need to learn, so thought I would try this route for now and would really appreciate any help.

If anything is clearly a leak in the pictures below, or way too high/low, can you tell me what it is I am doing, that is the most likely cause of the problem and how to go about fixing it please.

Thanks very much anyone who helps out.

Heres the stats.

Yeah, thanks. After a few k more hands my stats have converged around 15/12 with a 3.8% 3 bet.

I think I'll be sticking with full ring for a while. Just went through my worst downswing ever at 6 max, 43 buy-ins in 25k hands.
