Structure
- Straight knockout, one draw at the beginning, no seeds.
- I will be aiming for an even number of entrants. If there is an uneven number then some people will have to play an extra round. People playing this round will get 1/2 the buyin back, this will be offered to players who would prefer this then drawn at random for remaining spots
- Whatever the number of rounds there will be 1 week per round, this gives loads of time for everyone to get a match sorted. If the later rounds go faster then thats fine, but 1 week is maximum per round.
- Players unable to be contacted within 1 week are out.
- Its up to players drawn against each other to make contact.
- All rounds are best of 3 HU Deep $5.75 SNG, no increases in blinds.
- All matches to be played on stars.
- Winner to declare in this thread or else you are both out.

Buyin / Payout
- Official Sidepot is $10, must be shipped to me
- This means a maximum cost of $20.50 to any player i.e. no busto excuses.
- At least top 4 will get paid, I will review the payouts with Kurt when we have final numbers in
- Obv side action and prop bets will be going, to avoid confusion (I is not that smart) I wont be handling money for these.

Entry restrictions
(a) No total randoms, infrequent contributers are fine though.
(b) Small-Mid stakes that contribute guys can come in for fun but they are expected to put up a bounty of a couple hours coaching and/or some $$.
Remember though this is a fun tourney for uNL so really only people that post here should want in. I will consult with Kurt, mpeth, LC and egg if this becomes an issue.

As I said in the other thread, people shouldn't be insulted if they're asked to escrow. Its totally standard. But if a poster is here every day and well known... basically trustworthy enough to be an escrow themselves....

Also, Sounded Simple is escrowing the tournament prize pool, not prop bets. King Spew has offered to escrow prop bets and act as arbiter of all disputes. When he's ready to start accepting money he'll post in the thread (I think he might not be around for a couple days). Be sure to get confirmation before sending money, otherwise there's no way to know who its from or what its for.
