On the verification form, it asks for a credit card.
I initially deposited with a credit card, but I don't think I'll need to deposit ever again.
Do I still need to write down the number on the form? Or can I still get cashouts without it? I'm a little sketched out by writing out my credit card number and security code on a form....

I had to. What I would do if I were you would be call whatever bank the card is from and tell them you lost it and need a replacement. That way the card is cancelled and you don't need to worry about fraudulent charges or whatever. Then just wait for your new card to arrive in a couple days. That's what I did anyway.

I just put N/A on that line and had no problem getting verified.

how valuable is a HUD when playing nl4? i just take notes on players when i see them do weird ****? ive been playing for about 2 months now and have notes on a lot of players and sometimes i see a table full of what i consider good players playing eachother and people i think r fish talking to others about HUDs? im confused?
I usually take a break after 4+ BI downswing unless the table is extremely fishy and I am mentally prepared to lose more. If not, I take a break(30mins-1hr) and start on a clean slate. It usually takes the weight off.

HUDs help at all levels, although I believe more so for microstakes than higher stakes. There're a number of high stakes guys who doesn't use HUDs.
