Yeah Yahoo fantasy pwns. I believe ppr is standard by default for yahoo now. The default roster is qb,3wr,2rb,te,k,def. But the 2wr,2rb,rb/wr,wr/te offers way more flexibility. Plus there is a load of TE depth this year to utilize.

yeah the games only really get going in the evenings over here, otherwise your limited to about 4 tables if you mix limits at 50nl/100nl. It seems a lot better to either play heads up early in the day or to mess up your sleep pattern to get onto poker time

just picking a random table as an example: 35/23, 19/4, 19/15, 5/0, 16/13, 21/7, 44/4, the 19/15 and 16/13 are obviously the regs, the 16/13 is breaking even, i assume the 19/15 is as well, if not he has stats that i'd be comfortable exploiting. To me this is a typical table on merge.

Yea I can escrow, but I'd prefer not since it's a PITA. But if nobody else steps up, whoever is commishing PM me, and I'll PM you the details on payment methods. (Paypal, Carbon +20%, GDMP, Netspend, and BOA xfer).

You can then PM it to everyone who is interested in joining, so I don't have to chase down people who haven't paid.

some guy with a hardon to be league commish (he got the job, what a fool) also lobbied (successfully) to have us move our FF league from rtsports.com to nfl.com.

I've only ever played in this one league and on rtsports.com (fee to use the service). Haven't been on nfl.com (free service) but I'm not impressed.

How does yahoo.com compare to nfl.com for running a fantasy league?

I'm in a league that uses CBSSports, I like the interface for the players a lot, but I'm not commissioner.

10 years or so ago CBS was the best for the commissioner and player IMO. It was fully customizable,it was free,it was great. Then they decided to charge $ for it. Then Yahoo started getting much better with more options and such for their site. I haven't played on CBS since then but did a mock draft on there the other day and the draft client was absolutely horrendous in comparison to Yahoo or even ESPN if I recall(its been a few years).
