Therefore, the estimated time frame for Checks to reach you is 4-6 weeks. However, we are always trying to process Checks as soon as possible and much sooner than that. We apologize for the inconvenience and delay."

This is not really the part I'm upset about. I went to make another withdraw today, and was denied due to the fact that I currently had one "pending approval". So I'm now limited to how often I can make a withdraw due to the slow turnover time. This also increases the chances of me getting screwed out of a significant amount of money if **** hits the fan like it did with the other sites.

I sent another email in with suggestions on adding different statuses for the check withdrawals(approved-pending payment, approved-pending shipment, etc.). This would allow them to get a process flow and therefore let me make withdrawals on a more frequent basis. Here is the response: "We apologize for the delay on your withdrawal request. Due to recent events in Online Poker, processing limits and methods are limited. For that reason, even if you status is set to "approved" it will not be shipped until processing is available. We appreciate your feedback and suggetions, they are quite valid. I will pass it along to management. " This worries me a lot! Are they saying processing is not available right now? Seems very sketchy.

I don't want to seem like the typical nag. I am thoroughly enjoying the software, the player pool is super soft, the response time from Support is within hours, and the fact that I can actually play online poker fills a HUGE void in my life. That said, something needs to be improved with their check withdraw process.
this has been a standard problem since black friday, look at the withdrawal threads in internet poker not much you can really do about it to be honest.

Even if 10 ppl are interested in a particular stake, we can get a league going.

I'll volunteer to set up if ppl are interested.
I'll play the $50, and possibly the $25 if you really need players.

If anyone is interested, I am trying to get a 2nd SSFR $100 league going here(first one is full)

I have commished and escrowed 2+2 FFB leagues the last 3 years.

No doubt you will report back if the check bounces or is rejected at a later time.
Yeah, I've had full tilt checks bounce long after depositing.

any americans in here?

i've been meaning to deposit a bit to donk off since black friday but don't feel like sifting through 80 page threads on how to do it. it might be +ev to help me out since i suck at poker and will inevitably donk it all off to the poker economy eventually.

All I see is Americans at the tables. Honestly, I see more US players on Merge than I was on FT.

I haven't kept up with it, but I believe there is a rumor about Merge allowing US players back on. I'm not positive though. I don't think you can receive RB anymore if you didn't already have an account set up prior to June 1st.

Easiest way to get money on is player to player transfer. Check the appropriate threads for that.

Good Luck

Merge is mostly american. You can't join right now supposed to open Aug 15th at the earliest and end of month the latest. You won't get rakeback from what I understand.

I western unioned money and it was pretty simple even though seemed weird sending to some random name in the philippines but it worked fine. Getting ready to cash out some money and I'm guessing that will be an adventure from what I've read.

Re: ***OFFICIAL MERGE POKER REGS THREAD***

thanks guys

I set up an account on carbon in may (I remember reading that they were going to stop offering rakeback after may so I set it up) & think I got rakeback set up, but never deposited. Right when I was getting things set up there was another wave of DOJ indictments for small gambling sites & I got spooked. Is rakeback more preferable than whatever VIP type system they set up?

Re: ***OFFICIAL MERGE POKER REGS THREAD***

Anyone want to discuss player xxdiverseyydvcxx (no x's or ys') on merge? he is 25NL and 10NL mostly.

PTR has him:
  • 25NL: 138k hands, -048bb/100 (+$170 with rakeback)
  • 10NL: 45k hands +3bb/100
  • 10NL SH (6-max): 57k hands, breakeven
  • botscore 79
  • rake paid $2.4k

PTR analysis (10NL) : 26th percentile looseness PF, 66th percentile aggression, 0th percentile (!?) showdown frequency.

Hmmm, I just checked my SD frequency on PTR and it says 1%. WTF is wrong with this stat? PT3 has me at WTSD 18%. PTR must be doing SD frequency as % of every hand played (e.g. VPIP percentage * WTSD for PT3 users). What a worthless number.

---

Now if this was my bot and it was +EV after rakeback, who cares how terrible a player it is.

He must be, at the very least, a HUD bot, if not a computer bot. Looking at hands he has played (or his stats in your DB) do you have ideas on how to exploit him? I only have 280 hands on him so far (I'm low volume, strictly 10NL) but figure he must be ripe for reg exploitation.

This stat has to be messed up for Merge on PTR. I don't ever remember seeing anyone that has a WTSD greater than 1%.

aren't the PTR stats percentiles, not percentages?
