is it just me or can you sometimes get slowrolled by the software? Like the guy clicks call and then it takes an extra few seconds for it to show the winning hand. Just use to it from other softwares that extra few seconds means you won the hand.

Also I've accidentally folded the river before on a hand with value that I intended to show down (merge keys) why would that even be an option!?!?

I'm pretty sure mine are spot on accurate though others have said they've had problems with some hands not importing. I've noticed hands seeming to import incorrectly during gameplay, like the recent pots part of the HUD and previous hand not displaying right, but at the end of the day everything seems to have imported right. Make sure your HEM is updated to the current build, some people have suggested this fixes the problem... new one was released a month ago and NOW that I checked because of this I see a new one was released a few days ago as well, might as well update it myself..

I just never had this problem with stars or tilt. I think it has something to do with getting into 3 way all-in pots (of which I had two today). Anyways, i'll go ahead and update my HEM.

I have had problems with HEM too. Some hands just dont appear in my DB. Always seems to be the weird hands.

thanks. yeah i believe all my hands are there, but my HEM results do not match my cashier (even after taking rake into account).

i'm getting used to the software, though Carbon stalled on me 5 times today. if it doesn't stall, i think i can work with the client.

Yeah that's weird, mine matches *almost exactly, its about $2 off from my cashier which I think is due to rakeback not being exactly 35%...I think it comes out to some decimal difference but idk the amount is so small it doesn't bother me. After you upgrade see if it improves.

I've been lucky on Carbon...I mean I've put in over 70 hours the last 2 weeks and only like twice did the tables get laggy on me... other than that never had any crashes or stalls but I've read a few other's say they had some problems. I would guess it may have a little to do with the influx of players they've had the last couple weeks and the servers just need some catching up.
