If you try to start it aim to do it at a time when Whirlpool has close to maximum numbers so that they both run.
You may get sit ins from normal cash tables plus Baade/Hydra plus other. I don't think you can assume a significant portion of Whirlpool would migrate. More likely a small amount and they may choose to play alongside.
You shouldn't aim to get it running 24/7, one step at a time. Simply getting it going should be the main goal
