+1 I charge 40/hour teaching how to spew like a total boss.

Lesson Plans as the following
1) 3 barrel bluffing with air, against people who never fold.
2) 5bet shoving with only diamond cards. specific "diamonds only" not clubs, not spades.
3) check raise bluffing with spade cards, any board any texture, any position. dw bro. Spades never lose.

yes (: SN rb is pretty sick.
6 vpp's per 1$ rake. so.

[6 vpp x (3.5 fpp)*.016]=0.336$ per $ rake.

100,000 vpp's = 350 000 fpp's = 2600$ milestone= milestone = (2600$/350 000)=.0074$/fpp roughly~

(.0074+.016)*6*3.5= close to 49.2% rake back~ (: or 0.492$ per 1 $ paid in rake.~ <3 supernova.

Im back playing online after taking most of the last year and a half off of online poker.

Nevertheless, I am going to be setting goals that are challenging.

August Goals

* Play 100k hands
* Win at 3ptbb
* Do at least 4 villain reviews in the month
* Do 8 hours of coaching
* Assuming success, play at least 30% of my volume at $100nl (starting back at $50nl)
* Lose 10lbs
* Draft stud fantasy football teams

Starting at what limit do you think this becomes necessary/significantly beneficial?

For example, I play 25NL and I feel I can table select enough for this not to be necessary.

However, with the more limited player pool at 200/400NL, I assume it would become necessary?
