Your internal range is crushing his external range and his call would be neutral EV but since your external range is a bit more wide and his internal range is capped his call would be -EV.

Also when he folds you dont know what he had excatly even when his internal range is capped like in this hand so you cant make notes and rape him hard later.

Even if you win in reality you lose, color code him and slowroll later.
