i havent been able to grind the last 2.5days due to me waking up too early & not getting enough deep sleep... i go to bed at 12am & set my alarm for 8am but i will take about an hr to go to sleep & then wake up 3-4hrs after to urinate or something & it is not making me able to function properly through out the day grrr


any advice?

I never follow tennis but i saw the last 5 mins or wen flicking thru channels, prety awesome moment in tennis.

Football was far better tho

nadal never shoulda let himself get distracted by poker. He was probably thinking about preflop ranges when he should have been trying to return serves.

Too bad Pirlo stopped that ball on the goal line in the 5th min or so, match might have got a lot more interesting. Lucky to be glued in that spot at that moment, awesome player tho.

Exothermic.

You are not allowing your brain to shutdown.

Mostly likely you are doing a highly stimulating neural activity just before rest.
Spend a good hour winding down - no highly stimulating visual activity. No TV, Computer.
Listen to some light music and perhaps some reading.
Avoid heavy foods, alcohol and sleep tablets.

Get into a good routine like that and you should start to sleep better.
