i just want to give a big shout out to rick (ricky1231). i was one of the winners from his competition a few months back where he offered a free 90min coaching session to we micro players.

just had the sesh with him, and i'm very much sold. rick is a class guy and knows his s**t inside out. i haven't spoken to a ton of really solid poker players, but needless to say he's the best one i've ever spoken to. he was easily able to pick up on some leaks of mine just from the blurb i sent him, and was really thorough in explaining his thought process and why particular lines were good/bad. in such a short time he already had a super quick grasp of my game and how to fix it (at least the stuff we focused on).

i think just in a short 90min session some of the stuff he's picked up on will definitely help me to get out of this ds. i would highly recommend rick as a coach, and the fact that he was willing to give his time (and money) for free demonstrates how cool he really is. would definitely use him as a coach in the future.
