Hate HM2 after 1st night of "use."

Tried to import HHs from HM1 and only got a small fraction of total hands. Have to select my old HUD every time I open a new table, and it's not quite the way i had it b4. All player color codes are gone. The HUD boxes are all repositioned and look funky, like opaqueness is a bit off and colors not quite right.
I can't find the active player detail window, which I rely on heavily.
Just so tilting on so many levels.

I did not want to invite these time consuming headaches into my life, as I was perfectly content w HM1, however, I'm forced into it. I made the mistake of buying HM1 small stakes, and now that I'm moving to NL100 I need HM1 pro. Well, THEY DON'T SELL HM1 PRO ANYMORE. Lucky me; so I had to buy HM2 small stakes, then HM2 pro, and now I'm waiting on Morny to send me a license code for HM1 pro. Crossed fingers on that promise and unsuccessfully trying to wait patiently.
In the meantime, I'm attempting to traverse the tilt maze that is HM2, in case I actually figure it out and can move up to NL100 proper and tilt free.

Obviously regretting not buying HM1 pro to begin with.

I'll go through the tilt heavy process of contacting HM support about specific issues, but not until after I vent some more and let time pass.
