Also you have AA on BTN near end of video when the CO opens, I was saying to myself "please flat that"

Half way through the video you have Ad3h and turn the nut flush on a mono board.
The river pairs the board. There was a thread about a similar situation on value shoving the river or just calling here. My gut reaction in that hand was to flat and I probably take this line often in those kinda situations. You talked about value shoving the river you didn't in the end cause he full pots the river and talks about not having a diamond. What if he 1/2 PSB the river? do you raise, shove or call and for what reasons?

I'm really no technical guru, so my apologies for those having problems....but I'm definately not going to be any help 
Notontilt's 3bet was not a Min3b from what I recall. I thought after the hand I talked about another advantage/reason for my using a smaller open from LP, which was I can take flops in 3b pots with more speculative holdings b/c I am keeping decent implied odds.
That mono flop/turn was an interesting hand. I was thinking last night to myself if I would have shoved even if he didn't table talk and came to the conclusion that I would not have (although spur of the moment I might still have). Part of the reason is because he fully potted it and the reality is that when people act strong in these games, they usually are. His table talk sealed the deal for me because he (IMO) was clearly trying to get me to call. My tanking was apparently concerning him (not realizing it was between call/raise) and he jumped in there to try and get a call.
If he 1/2psbs the river, I raise. Probably everytime. His hand just would look so much like a mid/strong diamond and I want to try for value there. Might even mini-raise in that spot.

here's how I'd play the hands differently fwiw.
3mins - Table 5 with AKo on Qd7h6h I raise that donk bet all the time. Rather then waiting
and see what/he donks etc I prefer getting a idea of what he's like straight away
so I raise and then take note of what he does.
The donkeys deserve the abuse.
4:31 - J9s in the CO, raisey daisey! all full stacked nits behind you
who will call/fold flop alot.
6:21 - 4's in SB. I'd lead the flop here, then go c/r turn. Last thing
you want is $.50 bet, then call then back to you. Raising wont will
give a huge amount away about your hand. So just lead for $1.50 and
built a pot. Also, I'd check raise on the river. Hard too see what
he's raised on the flop then will call a bet on the river without a J.
7mins - Table 5 - the Jokrsup who's been owning you. Once he shows the K's you should
nh him in the chat box. He seems like a friendly fish who's playing for fun
so try keep him happy by saying something like "nh, had me well" beat or whatever.
9mins - I'd fold my 8's against ^ guy probaly. He seems pretty loose so I dunno if he'stacking
off light.
15 mins - J's on table two. I'd fold turn if your gonna fold the river.
19mins - T8s raise on the btn pls.

That's fine then. Someone as nitty as berge probaly wont 4 bet light but will set mine.
If someone does have a high 3bet then I like the low 3bet. 4bet stats take a big sample to get right.
