Never, BTN range is so wide that QK is defend here always.

Bad flop. Check/fold. BB can also be a set miner (88-JJ), so fold turn too, or you can be beaten by a full house. Or a bigger flush

Never folding preflop. Calling vs 3bet? I lean towards calling with this hand and playing poker post flop. It probably would depend on Villain's stats. If they fold to 3-bet too much, definitely more profitable to 3-bet.

As played until the turn, check/fold turn. You don't have the odds to chase the flush and even if you did it might not give you the winning hand.
