NL4: villain leads river, what to do?

hello
my first post, and i'm already in need for your help :-)

as you can see, given the stats, villain is a classic fish. as far as i understand his line, he was on a FD and on the river he got there. is it possible that he has something that i beat? (P, 2P maybe?)

thx for your replies and help!

His line definitely looks like flush draw, classic c/c twice then suddenly lead river big when fd got there. I think its a puke fold.

raise PF, you're in a good position and you can easily take the pot right there.

Also is a fold as played, also good value bet OTT, 100% of the pot against a fish is optimal. Fold the river as played, if you repeat this, in the long run you will a lot against fish like that.

if i were OOP against the fish and the flush card didn't came, i would probably check to let him bet his busted draw, depends on his AF

i didn't want to build a pot with lowest PP, since he is a fish and i am pretty sure he wouldn't fold to my raise.

    FOLD!

it's a passive fish, they don't take this kind of lines.

PS don't raise pre just call and setmine like you did. There is no value in raising small PP IP at 4NL.
