NL2 - Get it in with the jacks preflop 3 way?

HI people!
What do you think of this hand? I considered the range of the big blind pretty strong cause he is a reg (i have 27 hands of him and he is a 27-15) who was playing four tables zoom. I thought his range was something like QQ-99 or maybe QQ-TT and AK AQs. So when the fish goes all in I thought a little about what decision i was going to make. I feel at the moment that it was a little close one and maybe folding preflop was just fine. I also thought that BB is going to fold sometimes so there will be dead money sometimes.
