Fold to the 3b you don't need to defend your HJ this wide vs his 3b range. As played, just check back and pray to god he lets you see a showdown.

Why would you assume that?

Because I have noticed it is a pretty much standard turn play nowadays to check the turn with JJ+. So I assume his turn check range has both very strong hands and missed-the-board hands like AQ/AK (he's a reg).

Also, I nearly never fold my PP pre IP vs. a full stack 3b. Not sure If I'm wrong there.

I'd agree if the board wasn't two-tone.

Given his action I discard a FD, I think he'd bet his draw on turn esp give the two-toned. Was I to bet OT, he can easily put me on a FD draw himself and raise me OT with the stronger part of his range that he would check that turn..JJ+ to force me to fold..?!

He could, but then he also gets stacked by your monsters and you get away from his. Why would he want you to fold when he's in front? I'd expect him rather to bet a price such that you'd be making a mistake calling to hit your draw.
